Lillian worked for the Michelin restaurant conglomerate with the most stars in the world, the Xinrongji Group. She holds the Wine and Spirit Education Trust Level 2 and Level 1 Awards in Wines and Spirits.
During her free time, she writes restaurant editorials on her official WeChat page, Vancouver Sans Makeup. She creates Youtube video to document her culinary endeavour.
